…is for…

Bebe…brother…Beckett! Just something else I’ve been ‘cooking’ up for the past nine months. Welcome to the world, little guy. Born 8/6 @ 10:26AM. 7 lbs, 12 ounces and 20 inches. We are so in love.

Some highlights from our past whirlwind of a week include…

Meeting big brother L:

and soon to be married couple Aunt Becky and (almost) Uncle Tyler!


Beautiful gifts from family and friends:


Visits from best girlfriends, always necessary. (And Heidi, B is still embarrassed about the peeing incident)…

First dinner home on the patio, which came from Grammie. Only my mother would need 3 trips to her car to bring all the food in. Apple/pear/gorgonzola salad, roasted asparagus, homemade meatballs and baked mashed potatoes. Of course homemade cookies to round off the meal. Just a tad better than hospital food:


B really enjoyed it:


L wrapped up the evening perfectly. While playing with a new toy from Grammie he declares, ‘this is so fun!’ I assume he means the new toy but he quickly corrects me. ‘No mom…I mean the 4 of us.’

We couldn’t agree more.

    Welcome home Triple B!! Can’t wait to see you in person! The bebe’s room looks so peaceful and you guys are settling in nicely. How is that you basically look like a model after just giving birth….not fair!! You look FAB.
