Happy Sunday! Oh it’s nice to see some sunshine, thank goodness. Taking a few moments this beautiful morning to plan out the week ahead. Appointments, to do lists, menu planning. All good stuff. Here is what’s on the agenda for our kitchen this week. Hope it can help you plan something yummy for your own family!
Sunday night we’ll be at a baseball game so I’m going to let my slow cooker do all the work for me. This chicken tikki masala is SO good. I keep it healthy by serving over cauliflower rice and plenty of cilantro. YUM.
We haven’t had our pizza in forever. Time to change that Monday night.
Another baseball game, another slow cooker meal. Testing out this cajun chicken & sausage Tuesday night. How can it be bad?
Wednesday let’s fire up the grill. We can’t get enough of these shrimp tacos with avocado salsa. Heavenly.
Thursday night? Boys you are on our own. Or maybe I’ll be nice and get this going. Who am I kidding. Of course I will.
And that brings us to Friday. Hoping to have a lazy night in with the grill. The best grilled chicken, one pot potatoes, and our go to garlicky green beans.
