Alright. Let’s do this.
In thinking ahead for this week’s meal plan I had one thing in mind. Next week we’ll be on a beach. So sorry M, whether you like it or not, this is going to be a healthier week around here.
Sunday I will whip up a big batch of lentil soup. It’s hearty enough to fully satisfy but definitely keeps the waist line trim. That’s from Blake Lively, so, obviously it’s true.
I have to have this chicken dish again on Monday night. Aside from the bread, everything going in is healthy. I plan on upping the tomato count and decreasing the bread, just a bit.
Tuesday night will be another go at the lentil soup.
L has officially declared Thursday night as ‘Italian sausage’ night in our household. Cute, right? More on that in L’s picks. We will be enjoying some form of this on Thursday, preferably grilled.
Friday I will have the wingless buffalo chicken pizza in the oven. (Whole wheat crust, shhh).
