This past few days have been filled with eating whatever I want, project runway catch up, and naps with my chubby baby. Back to reality – time to meal plan! Let’s do this.
Like most Sundays, I’ll start the week off with a big pot of something. That pot will be filled with Ina’s chicken chili, which was first introduced here. I love this recipe!
Monday will be a salmon BLT. I know. I can’t wait. I’ll keep it healthy with turkey bacon and a whole wheat bun.
Wednesday will be another night of the chicken chili.
Thursday will be a glorious sandwich made with ham, gouda, frisee, and caramelized onions.
It’s been a few weeks, time to bring back our Friday tradition of the wingless buffalo chicken pizza.
To welcome home my cowboys, I think I will have a yummy cowboy cake sitting on the counter. It’s my mom’s recipe and it’s perfect.
