Yippee! After a week off from C’s picks I’m back in the saddle. I hope you all have had a wonderful weekend so far. Ours has been filled with dinner in the city (fancy!), an oh so fun baby shower, and our first Christmas party. And let’s not forget gingerbread decorating with the boys. Ho ho ho.
Ok. Now it’s time to give yourself those 20 minutes. Promise, that’s all it takes! Here is what will be cooking in my kitchen this week:
I had plans to make this winter stew last week but then M got called out to a client dinner so Sunday night it is!
Monday I’m bringing dinner to a great friend so will be whipping up a huge batch of this. Cornbread on the side.
It’s been awhile since we’ve had these quick cooking philly cheesesteak sandwiches. Yum. Let’s get those going Tuesday night.
Dinner in 3 minutes? Sounds great for Wednesday night.
Thursday let’s slow things down a bit. Like, 10 hours slowing it down.
And that brings us to Friday and to our pizza.
