C's picks. - A Life From Scratch.

Yet another beautiful and fun weekend! Ours was jam packed full of (a lot of) baseball, gardening, wine on the porch, a dip in the super fun pool with friends (thank you, Tia!) and my sister, Allie’s, birthday along with my moms birthday. Oh yes, what fun we had. Whew!

As far as our kitchen line up this week I was super excited because it’s the first week, in many weeks, that M is home the entire time – yippee! Better get my butt in gear….no more Jimmy Johns. Here’s what I’ll be cooking up:

Let’s get these awesome burgers going on Monday night. Sweet potato fries on the side.

Tuesday we’ll be channeling our inner French. What’s better than bread and cheese for dinner? Nothing. Absolutely nothing.

We had these fish tacos over the weekend and they were divine. Will be making them again Wednesday. Margaritas on the side.

Thursday is the last day of school (!!!!!!!) along with a 6PM baseball game and a team party after. We’ll be munching away on apps and pizza at that – go Cubs go!

Friday night we are off to Grandad and Grandma Ginger’s for a bbq – can’t wait.
