Notes from L:
I’m just eating my dinner and I’m eating Italian sausage. Daddie and I grilled it. On every Thursday nights, we are going to eat Italian sausage. Every day I eat ten times a day because I’m really hungry from running around in the yard with my friends. We build walls and ride bikes. The end!
Notes from mom:
He cleaned his plate. Success!
- - Italian sausage
- - olive oil
- Preheat your grill to medium high heat.
- Brush the sausage with some olive oil and grill for roughly 5 minutes per side.
Yum!

Bravo, Logan! Great writing (did Mr. Doyle teach you how to spell Daddie?)…,.you are an awesome grill master and I’m happy you are eating yummy food to get energy for all of the stick collecting you do!!!
hi Tyler. next time we should just play dogs again.
Way to go Logan! I’m sure you are a wonderful cook π What do you build your walls out of? My son Logan likes to build forts out of sticks and branches that we find in the woods around our house.
Thanks! we have the same name? i like to use snow!
It’s a great name. Only the coolest kids have it π
Great job grilling, Logan! Also, how fun that you get to run around and play with your friends and eat 10 times a day. I also eat 10 times a day. π
Logie when are you going to come over and make me dinner?!? I bet Hugo would like some Italian Sausage!
I will make some for chubby hugo and Jeff too!
Hi Logan! Tell your mommy that a great side to grilled sausage is some peppers and onions sauteed with some salt and pepper. That’s how my Italian family does it and it is delicious! Also, crusty warm bread goes well with it too! Have fun!
I like your name. I love crusty bread !
Great job, Logan!! You’re going to be a great cook one day, just like your mommy! Keep up the good work π
I see a future grill master in the making! Great job! Love the idea of Italian Sausage Thursday!
