Alright! Another week, and school and sports are in full swing. Let’s keep our menu plan simple, fresh, and healthy this week!
On Sunday night, we have plans to be lazy and grill at home. Perfect. This looks like an awesome new mediterranean grilled chicken recipe to try out. We’ll be serving it up with grilled veggies on the side.
These salsa verde tostadas come together oh so quickly, and we gobble them up. Perfect for a quick cooking meal on Monday.
Tuesday is football, so we need something hearty, healthy, and quick. I will prep these awesome italian sausage kabobs during the day and just throw on the grill whenever we have the time to eat. A whole meal on a stick, perfect!
A nice big bowl of this pasta sounds perfect for a Wednesday night. Mixed green salad on the side.
Thursday brings another night of football, and these crock pot italian beef sandwiches will be ready to go when we are. Yum.
And that brings us to Friday. I’m thinking a family date night out is in order!
