Oh my goodness. June 26th already? Where is this summer going! We have officially fifteen days until the big move around here. Guess that means I need to start packing – EEK!
Yet dinner is also important too, so I’m sticking with my week by week kitchen plans. I so hope you find something tasty for your own family this week! Let’s do this.
Sunday night is a bit up in the air as I will still be whopping it up in Lake Geneva and L could still be apart of a baseball tournament so while I am crossing my fingers for some family time together I may be headed back to the field.
M has been asking me to make this recipe every. single. night. since the last time we had it. Unreal.
Tuesday we are headed out to celebrate my mother in laws birthday, how fun!
Grilled shrimp tacos and, obviously, a margarita sounds just about perfect for a Wednesday night at home.
Let’s hang in Thursday night with these awesome grilled cobb burgers. So much flavor going on with these, and I’m thinking sweet potatoes on the side.
And that brings us to Friday. Haven’t made my favorite chicken shawarma in awhile so I’m thinking that along with pitas, sliced up mozzarella, cucumbers, tomatoes, and olives would be perfection. Anyone want to come over? One of my last opportunities to entertain in this home!
