It can’t be Sunday without making a big pot of soup for the week. This one is comfort dished up in a bowl and is a much needed dose of healthy after our last few rich meals we’ve enjoyed out. Eat it by a fire in your favorite jeans and sweatshirt.
I’m making this again on Monday night for two specific reasons. 1. It was TO DIE FOR and 2. I need a much better photograph so I can put it up on the blog! Be sure to check back in tomorrow night for the very tasty recap.
Tuesday night is busy around here so it will be another night to enjoy the soup.
I’m thinking we need a burger in the mix this week. Wednesday we will be munching on Miami styled turkey burgers along with some homemade kale chips. Yes M, kale chips. You’ll be fine.
Thursday night will be chicken taquitos which is the perfect trifecta: quick, easy, and delicious.
Friday we are dining out so that leaves this our standard weekly wingless buffalo chicken pizza for Saturday. It wouldn’t be a complete week without it.
