Sunday is the Cubs opener – a big, big deal around here. I’m making some ballpark friendly sheet pan nachos to munch on for the big game.
I can’t wait to try out these spicy pork noodle bowls Monday night. Thinking they are going to be a huge hit around here.
Tuesday night let’s get some of our favorite chicken on the grill along with this fresh new spring pasta salad. Loving the colors in this one!
Mmmmmm concussion chicken. I’ve been dreaming about this dish since I last made it. So so good. And I’ve been getting a ton of positive feedback from friends on this one.
Trying out a new slow cooker recipe on Thursday: thai chicken soup. I love a version made at Heinens so hoping this lives up to that one. The ingredients sound delicious.
