Hope everyone is having a lovely weekend! It’s time for me to sit down for a few moments and plan out our schedule, appointment, to do lists, and meals for the week. Sundays feel oh so great, don’t you think? I hope you can find a few momemnts for yourself and that you can find a recipe or two that sounds great for your own family. Let’s do this!
Sunday we’ve got some serious baseball going on, so, these bbq pulled pork sandwiches will be simmering away in the slow cooker. All we have to do when we get home tired and dusty will be to serve up on some buns.
Monday night is a free night. (Finally!) Going to get some serious grill time in with these delicious grilled naan pizzas. Look oh so good, don’t you think?
I’m out for dinner with some lovely friends Tuesday night. Boys? You are on your own.
Wednesday I’m back in the kitchen. Unfortunately it does not look too summery out. Luckily I have a recipe prepared for such a day. Meet spring chicken soup!
Let’s get a little Mexican going this week. These homemade tostadas are an oldie but goodie. We gobble them up!
And that brings us to Friday and to the last day of school (for Beckett). OMG! Celebrating by getting the boys favorite on the grill: filets. Serving it up with some go to one pot potatoes and garlicky green beans.
Happy cooking friends!

Sunday is always a busy day here. This morning I’m catching up on blogs before I head out for a stepmill and a little Zumba. Once I’m back home it’s all about the meal prep and cleaning. Have a good week! 🙂
