I hope everyone had a lovely Easter!
Ours was as festive as Easter could be from dying eggs to a brunch for 8 – er, I mean 20 (seriously the amount of food we had was just plain offensive). It included the easiest homemade sticky buns ever, an egg frittata and cheese potatoes (because the two cups of cheese in the frittata wasn’t enough), and many other options to please the palate. The grand finale was my sister’s ‘nest’ cupcakes – honestly, how adorable are they? Kind of makes you want to say ‘ooooooohhhhhhh’ just looking at them. Or maybe that’s just me.
The 5 miles on the treadmill today was beyond necessary…those cheese potatoes are deadly!
