Sunday night let’s start the week right. This recipe is unreal. I can’t believe I haven’t blogged about it yet because it honestly fills my dreams. Hoping to get a beautiful photograph this time around so that all changes. ‘Homemade’ hummus on the side.
Another killer recipe, so satisfying and so healthy: roasted tomato and white bean soup. Ah, perfect to take the edge off of a Monday.
Tuesday night let’s go with another family classic: chicken sausage skillet. Full of veggies, sausage, breadcrumbs and of course, parm. What more could anyone want?
These taquitos are super easy and super delicious! Bonus that they are baked, not fried. Spring break people.
Thursday night we are always at baseball, pitching and hitting away with friends. A date night out to our favorite spot after sounds oh so fun.
And that brings us to Fri-YAY! Family date night in sounds perfect. Especially with a roasted chicken over country bread. Boys, please leave mom at least one slice this time.
