What is going on. A weekend of sunshine and 60 degrees in February? A gift, a serious gift. I am on cloud nine and this ideal weather has been the perfect distraction from my boys being gone skiing in Montana. They land tomorrow, and I can’t wait to squeeze them tight!

Sunday night I’m still flying solo and can’t wait to test out this beautiful salmon power bowl. Totally grilling the salmon because it’s 60 in February!

Wednesday is always a good night for a slow cooker meal and we so love these skinny chicken burrito bowls. Could eat them weekly! Don’t forget the avocado and cheddar cheese for toppings.
Thursday cools down a bit so let’s get a batch of soup going on the stove. This chicken one is full of orzo, dill, brown rice – basically, it’s perfection with a hunk of crusty bread.
