Happy Sunday everyone! I hope you’re weekend is going well and that you’re gearing up for the big game tonight. Don’t know who is playing? Yeah, me either. But of course I’m excited because, obviously, it’s all about the food!
Before we begin this week’s menu plan just a quick reminder today is the LAST day to enter the giveaway to win the darling sign by Between YouAndMe. Good luck to you!
Alright, back to the food. Let’s begin. Lots of oldies but goodies this week.
Sunday we are having some buddies by for the big game. I’m making a roasted artichoke dip to start. The main event will be some tasty meatballs, pulled buffalo chicken sliders, and a chopped Italian salad. Dessert will be these massive cookies my mom made recently that are out. of. this. world.
Monday let’s lighten things up, shall we? These roasted green peppers are stuffed with Italian sausage (I use chicken) and plenty of veggies. Keeping it carb free people.
Mama has a girls night Tuesday (wooooohoooo!) so I’m leaving the boys behind with my slow cooker marinara. All M will have to do is stir in some fresh tortellini which I think he can handle.
I can’t believe it’s been all winter and we haven’t made this cheesy chicken pot pie. I think we made it 50 times last year. So easy, so good, and everyone loves it. Score.
Best night of the week – month! Cooking Club is Thursdaynight! Can’t wait to get my favorite foodies together. My mom is handling the main dish and I was told a homemade bread or muffin would work well so I’m thinking these herbed cheddar biscuits are just the thing.
Friday sounds like a perfect night to stay in for a little homemade Mexican. Looking forward to trying out these slow cooker cilantro lime tacos. Ole!
That’s a wrap – happy cooking friends!
