Another fun summer weekend complete with a trip to the city, golf, swim, and a BBQ at Mimi’s to welcome her new kitty, Millie! Fun all around.
Here is our kitchen line up for the week:
Sunday dinner at Mimi’s was complete with BBQ ribs, grilled corn, this killed salad, and a caprese salad fresh from the garden. Summer all around.
Picked up some burgers at Whole Foods, so those will go on the green egg topped with garden fresh lettuce and tomatoes on Monday. We haven’t enjoyed crack potatoes in a while so those will hang out on the side.
I think about eating this platter pretty much everyday of my life, so, let’s have it Tuesday night.
Tuscan lemon chicken will go on the grill Wednesday night. More corn and veggies on the side.
M is out of town Thursday, so onto the grill this spicy sweet salmon goes. Brown rice and summer squash on the side.
Friday is M’s birthday – my old man is turning 36! Wow! We’ll be out celebrating.
