Too incredible not to share again, this recipe goes way back through the archives of ALFS. Like, B was only 3 weeks old and Mom didn’t know how to photograph archives.
To find the original recipe, and to see a ridiculously cute pic of the boys napping together head on over here. Man, it seems like it was yesterday…
P.S. And hey, some updated tips! All ingredients can be purchased at Trader Joe’s. Score. Also, leave the dough out 20-30 minutes before spreading on the cookie sheet. This makes it so much easier.

I haven’t been to Trader Joe’s in months!! I really need to get back. I miss their 9am wine tastings, ha! Have you ever baked it halfway and, added toppings, then thrown it on the grill to finish? So. Damn. Good.

Thanks for the tip about the dough. I always have trouble spreading it! I will definitely have to try sitting it out a bit before. =)

This is how we use to make our pizza until hubby found single-serve pre-formed pizza dough at Safeway. Now we keep those for an easy lunch or dinner.
My closest Trader Joe’s is 30 minutes away, without traffic, in an area I have no other reason to be in. I’m pretty sad about that. 🙁
