Another week and another kitchen line up accomplished, yippee! And with school staring this week (WAIT, WHAT??) there is no better time to plan things out my friends. Who is with me? A brand new healthy line full of great ideas for your family is right here just for you. Let’s do this!
With only two weeks until wedding time (!!!) my sisters and I will be staying in Sunday night and watching Father of the Bride, naturally. Cooking delicious and healthy food too because…well….fancy dresses that are all now tailored to a tee. Spinach and parmesan all over zucchini noodles sounds as lovely as the bride to be. Can’t wait!
Monday trying a brand new crock pot recipe: smothered pork chops. But, healthy! Our favorite roasted green beans on the side. Stay away carbs.
Gosh how lovely does this ratatouille look. The absolute perfect way to use up the end of the summer veggies hanging out on your counter. Can’t wait.
Wednesday let’s fire up the grill and get some iron. I love getting a few pieces of skirt steak going on the grill with just simple olive oil, salt, and pepper. You can enjoy it on it’s own or on top of this killer charred Mexican salad.
Thursday sounds like a great night to try a new recipe. A healthy twist on a buffalo chicken casserole, yes please!
And finally that brings us to Friday. With weather raining out our last weeks plan to Lake Geneva, we are going to try again. I’m in charge of a boat app, and what recipe than summer on stick.
