Happy weekend everyone! I so hope you’re having a great one. We’ve had baseball for both boys and lots of free time together, I’m loving it. Here’s what is on the agenda for this week ahead in my kitchen. I so hope it can help you plan out your menu for your own family!
I have been so dying to try Cook’s Illustrated’s Sunday gravy recipe. Homemade sauce, pasta, and three types of meat. It’s going to be intense people but I think oh so worth the effort.
Monday let’s lighten things up, ahem. Tuscan minestrone is always super easy, healthy, and satisfying!
Made this chicken teriyaki casserole a few months back and we gobbled it up. Super family friendly. Need to make again since we loved so much and to photograph for the blog.
Wednesday let’s go with a slow cooker dish per usual since I’m out with the boys at their baseball lessons come dinner time. A white chicken chili with all the fixings sounds pretty darn good.
Cacio e pepe on a Thursday night sounds lovely. Super classic, simple and delicious.
And that brings us to Friday. Mike and Logan fly off to Cubs spring training and I’m hosting a girls night in, woohoo! Little B? You’re off to grandpas for a sleepover.
Happy cooking everyone!
