Yeah! Time for what WE wore Wednesday. Always makes the mid week that much more fun, don’t you think? I’m teaming up, as always, with fashionista Toronto Mama. We hope you can link up with us this week!
There was just so much cuteness and fashion going on at B’s birthday party that I thought it might be fun to make a wwww post out of it! I have some really stylish and beautiful family and friends. My goodness am I spoiled.
So, as far as our looks here we go:
L: Um, he isn’t in the pictures – at all. I’m not sure I really saw him at the party? Ha! I do know at one point he was running around the parking lot shirtless and barefoot, which is just so…..him. So since we have no photo picture a crazy tall tan boy running around in a plaid Gap swim suit. Think a slightly preppier version of Mowgli from the Jungle Book.
B: He had an ensemble change at his party. He went from a gingham romper in shades of blue (Gap) to his traditional lobster swim shorts, also Gap and a hand me down of Mowgli.
C: So I cheated on my party outfit this year – it’s from my good friend, Catherine who is pictured bottom left. Isn’t she adorable? My closet is her closet, and vice versa, so she was kind of enough to lend me the beautiful white dress (Gap). The necklace (J Crew) is my Christmas gift from my sister in law Becky – I love it. I started off with Tom wedges but ended up barefoot most of the party….hmmm, I wonder where L gets it.
So, a couple bonus looks this week! I had to share a few I loved: (and hey, there were more – just didn’t have the photographs!)
Kelly: Upper right picture, gold earrings. I have a soft spot for a gold statement piece and a white dress, she nailed it. Her earrings are from Saks.
Carolyn: Upper right picture, Anthropologie dress. She is one of my three sister in laws and pretty much always. looks. flawless.
Hannah: B is splashing away with this cutie in the baby pool and she is rocking a pink Polo suit.
Grammie: My mom looked classic as always in a simple black dress (Soma) and a beautiful green statement necklace from Francesca’s. Always nice to see her out of her tennis clothes. (wink wink, mom).
So, time to link up below – we love seeing your looks!

Beautiful crew! Your life so looks like a magazine.
Such a beautiful party! I agree with Megan that your life is like a magazine! Was the party at your club? It looks like such a great place. I’m laughing about L/Mowgli. If I have a son, I’m pretty sure that’s exactly what he’ll be like…if I’m lucky, maybe my girl will even be like that! You never know…
Happy birthday to Lili’s Chi-town bestie, Mr. B!

Love the collage and it trully represents the great day for B’s birthday. It was really fun and the icing on the cake was your awesome peach pie!
