C’s picks + a Minted giveaway…!

Yippee, that’s right! We are so doing it again – another Minted giveaway! This is the perfect time to get your holiday cards ordered, and there isn’t a better place to do it than Minted.  I mean, look at those designs! 

But before we get to that, let’s talk about our 20 minutes. Our kitchen line up for the week is as follows:

Sunday dinner will be spent at Grandma Ginger’s and Grandad’s, fun all around. Bringing along this herbed goat cheese app and baguettes. 

Monday sounds like a good time to get a big pot of something cozy going on the stove. This healthy zuppa tuscana does the trick. Warm bread on the side. 

Love these quick cooking healthy philly cheesesteak sandwiches for a Tuesday. Sweet potato fries, too.

A one skillet gnocchi dinner sounds perfect for a Wednesday. This recipe looks like a great place to start, going to experiment with the flavors a bit. Will report back as always!

Thursday let’s go with our fav cheesy chicken pot pie. We could (and quite possibly will) eat this once a week all winter long.

And that brings us to Friday and to the eve of my sister in law’s baby shower! I can’t WAIT. Not sure I will be cooking that night – thinking ordering in Chinese and arranging flowers sounds absolutely heavenly.
