Happy Sunday everyone! How is everyone’s weekend going? I hope well. I am still in Maine with Logan, which is pretty unbelievable – what a treat. Still taking a moment to prep for the week ahead with a menu plan. It will make landing back to reality tomorrow that much easier Let’s do this!
Tonight and Monday I will hopefully be dinning on fresh lobster. Every meal, please. How could it ever get old?
Back to reality Tuesday. Let’s keep things simple with a slow cooker dinner. This sausage, white bean, and spinach soup is so easy, so healthy, and so delicious.
Wednesday night sounds like a great night for some pasta. Pioneer Woman’s tortellini primavera? Yes, please!
Thursday night let’s get some avocado salsa shrimp tacos going, ole!
Friday night is a special night. We get to go back to our old home on Shady Lane for dinner! I hope I can keep my emotions in check in front of the lovely couple that now live there. I know all the memories will coming flooding back. Hoping a glass of wine will calm me down. I’m on app duty, and I can’t wait to test this beautiful hummus platter out.
