It’s Wednesday – and we are dusty and messy! There wasn’t one moment where we all looked somewhat decent so here are two random looks from two random days. Yep, mom is sitting this one out. Know what is even more awkward than taking a picture of yourself? Taking one while a contractor is in the room. Not happening. Here is what the boys wore:

On L: Gap shirt, Gap jeans (hole in the left knee, as always) and mismatched socks.

On B: I mean, first of all his expression says it all: ‘I know I am supposed to be no where near this room or standing on this marble but what are YOU going to do about it?’ He’s been LIVING in these striped pants from Gap. J Crew tee on top. Barefeet, because he tends to fall in socks.

Well, we are back in (dusty!) winter gear for this week’s What We Wore Wednesday, darn! So not as fun as shorts, ray bans, and rainbow flip flops, but we’re making it work and trying to stay positive despite the painful temps. I’ll be honest, most days it’s a massive effort to get out of the (sometimes 2) sweatshirts and flannels but hey, that’s what wwww is all about so let’s do this!

We had a busy Tuesday beginning with an exciting meeting for me. I met Mr. Heinen of Heinen grocery stores! Cool, right? Great guy. After that it was off to the city with L for a lunch with dad at Piccolo Sogno, and then off to meet little bebe Reid. A completely fun day. On the way home from the city I hear from the back ‘mom, can we go to Nordstroms?’ That answer would always be yes. Here is what we wore:

On B: He enjoyed a day in playing with BFF Hannah. He dressed up in his new Junk Food jeans from Gap and a striped tee from Target. 

On L: Gap skinny jeans, and J Crew gingham shirt. Margarita pizza by Piccolo Sogno.

On C: J Crew classic white shirt, CABI top, AG Jeans, and J Crew boots. What do you think of my bracelet stack? The watch is from the boys for Christmas (love!!!), and while I love all the other pieces I think I fail at making cute bracelet stacks. Hoping for some input from fashionista Aunt Carolyn soon. Stay tuned….

We are back in the What We Wore Wednesday game this week – after basically 5 days of straight pajamas it felt so good to get back into our wwww groove of looking somewhat acceptable. Although B still isn’t wearing pants in this photo, oh well!

Here is what we wore on a random Monday of school and errands.

B: He is for sure showcasing the most important piece ever in wwww. Little Liam is a boy exactly his age who was born with a brain tumor. You can find out more here, and if you want to rock a Team Liam shirt yourself money goes towards helping his family pay for the unknown journey ahead. Liam has thousands of cheerleaders across the country routing for him and his family. They are in our thoughts daily and we hope and pray that this precious boy can be healed. 

It doesn’t seem right to continue on with what L & I are wearing, but the (dusty! sorry about the construction!) photos prove we got out of the pj’s.

Well well well – look who finally managed to get dressed this week. That would be my crew! After 29 straight weeks of what we wore wednesdays, we took our first week off last week but now we’re back on track. Here is what we wore on a typical day of school, errands, and house stuff.

L: Crewcut tee which I think is just so festive – that would be a polar bear with headphones. Ripped up abercrombie jeans on the bottom which my mom always seems to comment on ‘L, you need new jeans.’ No mom, they are supposed to be like that.

B: (I love how he managed to be in every photograph): His expression says one thing and one thing only: ‘how do I fit my chubby arm through my crib to get my three pacifiers?’ He is wearing a Gap striped tee and his Gap skull jeans on the bottom which aren’t actually supposed to be ripped. I know, it’s confusing.

C: Ever have one of those pieces that no matter how old it is you always get compliments when you wear it? That would be this flannel tunic. I think it’s 4 – maybe 5 years old from J Crew and every time I wear it someone always says how cute it is. I’m always shocked because to me, it’s pretty much an old rag – ha! AG jeans on the bottom along with Miz Mooz biker boots, yet again.
