Alright, another crazy fun busy week! I almost took the week of from planning due to all the craziness but then I reminded myself that this helps the crazy. So, in between my sister getting married (!!!) and football on Labor Day (kill me) and drinks out with gals (can’t wait) dinner will be planned, prepped, and served. Let’s do this!
Today my sister is walking down the aisle and I could not be happier. We’ll be celebrating hard all night long in the city!
Monday we will finally head home and crash. Detox from all the fun, I’m thinking a lazy night in grilling is just what the doctor ordered. Healthy turkey burgers with some grilled veggies and sweet potato fries. Perfect.
I never got around to making the (healthy!) smothered pork chop slow cooker recipe so that is for sure on the agenda for Tuesday. Looks oh so good! Roasted green beans on the side. (Dear LORD I need to update that photo).
Wednesday let’s go with the super healthy super tasty Mexican chicken casserole. Lots of friends have been loving this one.
That brings us to Thursday and to a new one pan meal: pesto chicken and veggies. How on earth could it be bad?
Woohoooo! It’s Friday. We are off to an early dinner with awesome friends and the high school football game to cheer on the Broncos. Can’t wait and neither can the boys.
