Another week of spring temps lies ahead of us filled with sunshine, some rain, and of course…baseball! Here is a brand new line up for you this week. I so hope it helps you plan for your family! Let’s do this.
Sunday we’re at the field. I’ve been trying to come up with creative ways to keep my family fed that doesn’t involve concession hot dogs (although there is, of course, a time and a place for those too). I thought these pizza buns look pretty tasty! I will bake right before the game, slice, and off we go.
Monday I’ve got time to cook a family meal and we are all actually home, yippee! Going to give this teriyaki chicken casserole a try.
A super healthy vegetable soup sounds great for a Tuesday night. Garlic bread on the side, of course.
Another night at the field on Wednesday. I’m think these low carb BLT wraps look great. Most of the ingredients you can just buy ready at the store. I’m planning on wrapping them up mid day so when it’s time to pack up for the field they are ready to go.
It’s cooking club time on Thursday, yippee! Can’t wait to see what head chef Tina has in store for us.
And that brings us to Friday and another night at the field. I’m thinking these drumsticks would make a pretty good post school pre game snack.
