Another week, another line up! Oh so happy that the weather seems to have turned and we can look to many fun and delicious grilling days ahead of us. I. can’t. wait.
I have a great combo of old and new recipes this week, new ones to test out on lazier evenings, old trusty ones for the nights when dinner and baseball collide. Let’s do this!
I have been dying to try out this recipe. Totally getting it on the grill Sunday night, margarita in hand. Grilled asparagus on the side because, hello, it’s spring!
Fajita chicken kabobs just sound like another genius way to eat one of my favorite meals. Warm tortillas and guacamole on the side, ole! Not too shabby for a Monday evening.
Tuesday let’s go with an oldie but goodie. We can’t get enough of this cheesy chicken pot pie.
Wednesday is a baseball night so we are going with something quick and good. Going back to the archives with this one, all the way back to my little T ball player!
That brings us to Thursday and this roasted shrimp with garlic butter comes together beautifully (read: easy) and yet is super impressive. Make sure to have warm bread on the side for dipping.
And….Friday night. The eve of hosting my darling middle’s sister bridal shower! So much planning, so much fun. My youngest sister Talia and I will be cooking and baking and doing all the fun party prep while the boys are at, shockingly, baseball.
That’s a wrap. What do you think? Anything sound good?
